How do I get my results?
You will receive an email from Lab Support during registration at the time of your LAB testing.
Check your email for a message from Lab Support. Click the link to confirm your email address and create a password.
Log in to the portal using the username and password that you chose when you signed up.
Select the “Verify Your Identity” option. Accept the Patient Authorization (HIPAA Authorization).
Complete the Identity Verification Process.
You’re set. You will now get your LAB test results through the same account you created.
*Please check your junk folder for the registration email if you do not see the email in your inbox.
** Registration must be completed to receive your results and the following information associated with your account must match the information you provided for this testing. Full name, date of birth, full address (street, city, state and zip code) and your 10-digit phone number.
National Institute for Molecular Diagnostics (NIMD) will call you with test results once they are completed. Some test may provide instant results that you will receive at the time of the appointment.
If you are unable to retrieve your results from the Lab Portal, call 704-244-0248 and leave your name, date of birth, a number you can be reached at and a message that you need help with your results. A NIMD staff member will return your call to assist you. Please do not call NIMD until two business days have passed since you were tested.
How soon will I get my results?
Results may be available in within 48 business hours. If you do not receive your results after 2 business days, please call 704-244-0248 and leave a message that you have not received your result. A NIMD staff will return your call. Example: If you test on Friday and you do not receive your results by Tuesday, then give us a call on Wednesday.
What should I do if I have a question?
